Terri Matousek, President
A nationally recognized focus group moderator, Terri is the owner and President of Matousek & Associates, Inc. and is responsible for all aspects of the business. With more than twenty-five years of market research experience, she is a much sought-after national focus group moderator, lecturer, and consultant. Her major clients are located throughout the country and include hospitals, utilities, universities, advertising agencies, and manufacturers of consumer and industrial products.

Terri holds a bachelors degree from Aquinas College and has done graduate work in industrial psychology and statistics at Western Michigan State University. Prior to establishing Matousek & Associates she worked for the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago.

Involved in her community, Terri is a former president of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Advisory Boards of St. Mary’s Hospital, The Neville Public Museum, the Bay Area Community Council, the Boys and Girls Club of Green Bay, and Libertas. She is the 1991 recipient of the prestigious Athena Award, which honors women who are dedicated to their community and to the advancement of other women. Terri is also a member of the Marketing Research Association.

Dr. Laura Vanden Avond, Senior Research Analyst
Laura received her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Loyola University in Chicago. Before joining the Matousek staff she was Project Manager at St. Norbert College Survey Center in Green Bay Wisconsin; a research coordinator at Charles I. Doyle Center in Chicago, and taught classes in Developmental Psychology, General Psychology and Statistics at Michigan Tech University, Loyola University and UW-Green Bay.

Michelle VandenBush, Senior Project Manager / Field Services Manager
Michelle received her B.S. in Business Administration from UW-Green Bay. She joined Matousek & Associates in 2000 and has a wide variety of experience in research project management, including food product testing, new product testing, fielding studies and on-line research studies. Michelle has in-depth experience in managing mall intercept projects, including competitive bidding, coordination of product procurement and shipment to mall services, communication with field supervisors, preparing interviewer instructions, phone briefing and data collection quality control. In addition, Michelle provides data analysis services for quantitative studies and panel / database management projects.

Mary Radue, Senior Project Manager
Mary received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin. Mary joined Matousek & Associates in 1983 as Field Director. In 1987 she became a senior project manager and is responsible for managing both quantitative and qualitative research projects. She works with clients to design and implement research studies. She also provides data analysis and report writing services.
